Install Cover
Slide the two front
mounting bolts into
the track on the
underside of the Flex
tonneau cover. Place
the Flex tonneau
onto the mounting
rails with the small-
est panel towards
the cab of the truck
and with the front
flap covering the
bulkhead (front rail
of the bed).

Unfold Cover and Adjust
Carefully unfold the cover,
be sure the red handle on
the first panel is in the
open position. Unfold

each panel and position it
so it is centered side to
side and front to back on
the truck bed.
Test the rear most latching
Flex 2 Reading Glasses
assembly for smooth
operation as this is the
best indicator of the cover
being positioned correctly.
Be sure the latches on
both sides are engaging
with the cover mounting
rail.
Note: If your truck is
equipped with a tailgate
protector, you may need to
slightly raise the rear of the
side mounting rails for the
latches to engage properly.

A. Speed Adjustment (Figure 5-10)
Turn the speed adjustment knob to set the desired speed. It
is adjustable from 0Ft/mn to 18Ft/mn
(0.8 to 4
m).
B. LED
WARNING: Keep your fingers and hands away
from the nip point (the point where the upper and
lower rollers meet). Failure to observe this
warning could result in severe personal injury.
C. RUN
Press and release RUN for continuous running. The green
LED illuminates.
D. STOP
Press STOP to stop the machine
E. REVERSE
Press and hold REVERSE to reverse the direction of the
rollers. Release the button to stop. The green LED
illuminates while the button is pressed.
F. FOOT
When the Foot Sw2itch is used, the FOOT LED while
illuminate Green to indicate that the Foot Switch is
overriding the safety system.

The power switch is located at the back of the machine.
Press the “I” on the switch to turn it on. An orange LED
will illuminate next to the stop button. The off position,
marked “0”, turns the machine off. The power cord is
detachable and the foot switch is not.
Foot Switch (Figure 5-12)
The foot switch allows the operator to start and stop the
laminator while handling the item to be laminated.
Press the foot switch to run the laminator. Release it to stop
the laminator.
When the foot switch is used and the safety sensor is
blocked, the speed of the laminator drops to 3 fpm (0.9 m).
